GEF offers many ways you can make a difference in education:

• Check out our various committees and consider volunteering your time on a committee or for a fundraising event.
   
• Support the GEF partnership through our fundraisers, special events, award ceremonies, and overall efforts.
   
• Consider donating your resources, ideas, and financial gifts to GEF to help us provide the best learning environment and opportunities possible for Greene County’s children, now and in the future.
   
• Support education by joining your school site PTA/PTO/PTSA or by volunteering to help in the schools whenever possible.
   
• Attend School Board meetings to show your support. Meetings convene at 7:00 p.m. in the County Administration Building in Stanardsville, and are held every second Wednesday of the month.
