Creative Instructional Grants are BACK!
GEF is pleased to announce it will award creative instructional grants to Greene County schoolteachers for the fifth consecutive year. CIG applications will be posted by October 1, 2011. New 2011-2012 CIG theme: Opportunities for Leadership and Accountability Through Curriculum. Each grant applicant is highly recommended to attend a vital Grant Writing Workshop prior to the December 10th "Final Review" deadline.

Annual Showcase is Coming! January 27, 2012
Mark your calendars now for the 4th Annual Showcase of Greene scheduled for January 29, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Raymond Dingledine III Performing Arts Center. This year will showcase many groups, individuals, talents, school groups, and local talent. Lisa Richardson, drama and choir director from the middle school will be this years showcase Director. Auditions will be run through individual schools in October and November with details coming soon. This year the showcase is only $3 per person/ $10 family max and open to the community! Thanks for your generous support in the past few years. Additional donations will be taken at the door. Limited Seating.
